Georgina's family has a long history that is intertwined with the Australian wool industry. Her great-grandfather founded Thomas S. Beaumont & Sons, a leading buyer of Australian Superfine Merino Wool and the starting point of four generations of wool buyers.
Guided by this rich heritage in wool, a passion for knitwear emerged leading to the launch of her brand CABLE in 2007 at Australian Fashion Week.
With a growing network of boutiques and stockists across Australia and New Zealand including David Jones, CABLE embodies the warmth and relaxed nature, unique to the Australian way of life.
